At Zwemer Watersport, we’re passionate about delivering high-quality watersports equipment to enthusiasts worldwide. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Whether you’re into windsurfing, wing foiling, or stand up paddle boarding, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return Period
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Wetsuits & Bescherming (unless defective)
- Trapezes (safety equipment)
- Any customized or personalized items
- Products that have been used or show signs of wear
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of receiving your item.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at: Zwemer Watersport Returns

Netherlands Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. - Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Timing:
- Credit card refunds: 3-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
- PayPal refunds: Usually appear within 24 hours
If you paid with a gift card or store credit, we will issue a new gift card for the refund amount.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color if available. To request an exchange:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying the item you’d like as an exchange
- If the exchange item costs more, we’ll contact you for the balance
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
For faster service, you may place a new order for the desired item while processing your return.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
